| About the Monthly Fee The monthly fee includes website hosting in a highly reliable, state-of-the-art data center. Each FIT e-Commerce store gets up to 500 email accounts. Web-based access to email allows you to stay in contact when away from home. Website traffic statistics let you analyze your site's visitor patterns. Regular enhancements continually expand and improve the capabilities of the software. Free software upgrades keep your e-Commerce store running properly when external business rules and regulations change. Unlimited support means help is never far away. *About the Initial Setup Fee The initial set up fee includes customizing the look and design of your installation of the FIT e-Commerce software. Specifically this includes modifying the basic elements of the software that exisit out of the box including colors, graphics, buttons, etc. This does not include custom page design such as the home page. A content manager is provided to allow non-programmers to create custom page designs, and professional custom page design is available at reasonable rates. The software sends various email notifications to your customers in a custom HTML format created during the initial set up. Your company logo is integrated into the website in a number of ways from the website header to printed packing slips. We install an instance of the FIT e-Commerce software application and the SSL certificate. Installation of the software requires the creation of a database and integration of all custom elements. Logo Design Frisco IT offers professional logo design starting at $299 by professional graphic designers. Other Expenses Frisco IT handles the installation of the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption certificate. Client is responsible for purchase of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate. Frisco IT is happy to assist client in obtaining SSL certificate. Merchant account and credit card payment processing is not included. Clients must obtain these services from an appropriate financial institution and/or credit card payment gateway.
